Stereolithography (SLA)

Stereolithography or SLA® Systems use 3-D CAD data to convert liquid plastic materials and composites into solid cross-sections, layer by layer, to build highly accurate three-dimensional parts. More

 

Laser Sintering (SLS)

An additive layer-by-layer process, Selective Laser Sintering technology uses a high-temperature laser to melt and fuse, or sinter, powdered plastics or metal into a three-dimensional part. More

 

Laser Melting (SLM)

Selective Laser Melting (SLM) is an additive manufacturing process that builds fully dense metal parts directly from CAD data by fusing metal powder into a solid, three-dimensional part. The result is accurate, detailed metal parts with excellent surface quality built within hours without significant additional tooling. 

 

Urethane Casting

Urethane Casting uses high precision and accuracy SLA models to create a master model.This model is cast in silicone and placed in a vacuum chamber to degas the silicone.  The mold can then be used to cast the final part. More
